Job Description
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Manage and maintain the brand’s image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform branding strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including product descriptions, advertising copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of brand initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute branding projects and campaigns effectively.
  • Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies without compromising quality.
  • Be responsible for our brand presence at events and exhibitions.
  • Conduct timely audits of our presence at dealers and distributors.
  • Be involved in selecting and managing vendor merchandise, maintaining strong vendor relationships.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, market research, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative branding ideas.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design.
