Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Manage and maintain the brand’s image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform branding strategies.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including product descriptions, advertising copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of brand initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute branding projects and campaigns effectively.
- Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies without compromising quality.
- Be responsible for our brand presence at events and exhibitions.
- Conduct timely audits of our presence at dealers and distributors.
- Be involved in selecting and managing vendor merchandise, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative branding ideas.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
