Job Description

Sales & Operational Management:

  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager to develop Sales Incentives and formulate Sales Targets.
  • Formulate annual sales and shipment forecasts to align with A&SP/LE targets.
  • Develop strategies to grow Field Sales capabilities and ensure Excellence in Execution at Points-Of-Sales.

Budgetary Control & Management:

  • Prepare and monitor Sales Department OPEX and Sub D CAPEX.
  • Liaise with Finance team to ensure SOP compliance and budgetary awareness among Sales Team.
  • Develop and communicate discount pricing structures in line with Company goals.

Sales Policy and Procedure:

  • Ensure adherence to Sales policies and procedures.
  • Act as a key liaison with Finance team internal auditors and support audits of Sub D offices.
  • Coordinate the process of appointing and/or terminating Sub-Dealers.

Cross-Functional Support and Coordination:

  • Work with Strategic Insights, Brands, and Field Marketing Team to understand market dynamics and develop effective field execution strategies.
  • Align with Regional Sales Manager on Field Force initiatives and route planning.

Process Improvements:

  • Establish Sales trends and identify gaps.
  • Analyze Sales data to support Management in decision-making.
  • Conduct Field visits to verify trends and ensure effective cycle planning.

People Management:

  • Lead and motivate the Team towards meeting business goals.
  • Develop direct reports to reach their full potential through monitored development plans.

 

Job Specification
  • Education: University degree in economics, marketing, management, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in an FMCG Sales environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Nepali.
  • Functional Skills:
  • Proven track record in leading Field Sales Teams.
  • Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
