Position: Data Analysis (MIS)

Sales Reporting:
Prepare and analyze sales reports, including performance metrics, trends, and forecasts.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders.
Utilize data to identify sales trends and provide actionable insights.
Outstanding Reports:
Monitor and report on outstanding orders and invoices.
Resolve discrepancies efficiently and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Stock Management:
Maintain and update stock reports.
Track inventory levels and manage stock discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Product Creation and Management:
Oversee the creation and updating of product information in systems.
Ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, and descriptions across platforms.
Price Editing:
Review and edit product pricing as necessary.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of pricing in all systems and reports.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate both ad-hoc and scheduled reports.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the company and accounting software providers to ensure seamless data integration.
Coordinate with server providers to maintain optimal system performance and address technical issues.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improvement in reporting processes and data accuracy.
Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in sales reporting, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
