Job Description
- Perform all the production related tasks in accordance with the SOPs.
- Supervise the manpower in the production floor to maintain the required personnel counts in the shift to ensure that there is no breakdown in the production plan.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources in the shift.
- Handle administrative tasks such as approving leave requests, counseling operators with frequent absences or LWPs, maintaining operator attendance records.
- Ensure that production parameters and plans are met and reviewed and communicate
any breakdowns promptly. - Ensure that safety standards and floor hygiene standards are being followed by the employees in the shift.
Job Specification
- The candidate should have completed bachelor’s degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in roles handling a mass of employees.
- Roles like Shift Incharge, Chemist might be relevant.
- Should have working knowledge of MS Excel.
