Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring efficient workflow and loyalty to operations procedures.
Coordinate with the KTM hub to optimize operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Prepare regular reports on hub performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery and
efficiency.
Recruit, train, and onboard new drivers, ensuring they are familiar with company policies,
procedures, and safety guidelines
Address driver concerns, inquiries, and disciplinary issues fairly and promptly.
Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding fleet operations, challenges, and
opportunities.
Reconcile and Collect the amount and returned products from a delivery agent.
Update the status and payment in the delivery sheet and submit the cash to Accounts.
Creating orders in Hermes and 3PL and printing stickers
Assign pick-up agents to pick up the product from the vendors
Receive incoming packages and verify the accuracy of information provided.
Inside Valley product handover to Transportation and Buddha.
Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and business opportunities.
Reach out to potential merchants and present the benefits of partnering with our company.
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with acquired merchants to ensure long-term
satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contract terms and agreements with merchants.
