Job Description

Marketing Trends Analysis:

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of marketing trends in Nepal across all platforms (FM radio, TV, print media, digital, and outdoor).
  • Monitor industry changes, emerging marketing strategies, and evolving consumer behavior.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns of leading brands in Nepal, identifying key trends and new tactics being adopted.

Competitor Activity Monitoring:

  • Track the marketing activities of top-performing brands in Nepal.
  • Regularly evaluate competitors' FM, TV, print ads, digital marketing, and other promotional activities.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of these campaigns, including reach, impact, and engagement, and identify their strategies' strengths and weaknesses.

Agency and Vendor Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze the performance of marketing agencies and fabricators working in Nepal.
  • Monitor how agencies are executing campaigns and the quality of work being produced.
  • Assess the cost-efficiency and innovation of agencies and vendors in delivering marketing solutions.

Brand Touchpoint Analysis:

  • Identify the most effective and influential brand touchpoints across different regions of Nepal.
  • Determine which areas are most successful for brand engagement (retail shops, showrooms, digital platforms, etc.).
  • Develop location-based strategies to optimize marketing touchpoints for better brand visibility and impact.

Cross-Platform Marketing Insights:

  • Analyze how different types of media (FM, TV, print, digital) are being utilized by competitors and brands in Nepal.
  • Identify gaps in the market where your brand can expand its presence or improve its marketing strategies

Campaign Effectiveness Tracking:

  • Track and measure the performance of various marketing campaigns across media types.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis to assess ROI and provide suggestions for improving future marketing initiatives.

Market Research Reports:

  • Create regular (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) comprehensive reports summarizing findings.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the senior management team for strategic decision-making.
  • Use visual aids, graphs, and charts for clearer data presentation.
Job Specification
  • ·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • ·Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting data and insights clearly.
  • ·Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present actionable insights to management.
