Sales Admin

Responsible for all the Point of Sales Management. T-shirts, coupons, lighters, etc. are examples of point-of-sale items that needs TME requests approval before issuing.
Accountable for EPR Tracking based on TME System/Power BI and physically distributed POSMs (Lighters, T-shirts, Coupons). Regularly track and Cross-Check Target vs Achievement, ADO etc.
He/ She must take the responsibility to distribution of the Sales Representative's Average Daily Objectives form and Route Plan, also keep record of route planning in excel after it’s confirmed by Territory Sales Manager/Sales Representative and forward the data to Sales Analytics Team
Responsible for dealer stock management related to Issued/Remaining Particulars Manual and Systemic Verification. Also, keep in check of the unused and expired stocks and manage accordingly
Maintain closing and opening stocks live file and accountable for forwarding detail to finance Department
He/ She must keep in check and remind for Dealer Payment for Outstanding’s, record keeping of Sales Representative’s Credit/ Market Outstanding update.
He/she is also required to deposit Cheque/Cash at Bank (If in case of urgency) and record all the cash collected in the dealer office

Education: SLC/Intermediate
Work Experience: 0-1 yrs experience in in relevant field.
Key Conceptual/Managerial Skills: Basic Computer Knowledge, Reporting, Interpersonal Skill, Product Knowledge, Ability to prepare for activities promptly and with accuracy
Personality/Behavioral Traits: Eager to learn, Positive Attitude, Excellent communication skills, Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
