Job Description
- Seller Support: Ensure packages are packed as per Daraz packaging guideline.
- Inventory Management: Assist sellers in managing their inventory, helping them optimize stock levels, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Operational Support: Support seller to maintain Daraz packaging materials daily, and monitor/communicate timely to the seller to maintain stock as on when required.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain open and effective communication with sellers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with DMMS Team Lead, internal stakeholders to align goals and strategies.
Job Specification
- Higher education completed in any field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in eCommerce or sales
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and online marketplace operations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
