Job Description
- Manage and report daily inventory levels to ensure optimal stock.
- Track open order materials (NTMs and TMs) by batch, including quantity and cost.
- Prepare cost estimates for LC establishment and customs clearance to determine the landed cost of materials at the factory.
- Provide support to the team and execute tasks as per senior management's assignments.
Job Specification
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and Email.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to build and maintain effective relationships with various individuals and groups.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial and operational reports.
- Assist other departments in understanding the financial impact of expenditures and investments.
- Maintain and manage Financial Analysis and Data Reports (FADR).
- Support the preparation and development of the business plan.
