Job Description

Creative Design and Development:

  • Design engaging graphics for product, promotional materials, advertisements, social media, and websites.
  • Develop concepts and visual themes for campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
  • Create unique and aesthetic visuals that align with the company's brand image and target audience.

Brand Identity Management:

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Refresh and enhance existing design assets to align with evolving brand strategies and market trends.

Digital Content Creation:

  • Design visuals optimized for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, and email campaigns.
  • Develop motion graphics and animations for social media and video content.
  • Edit product photography for e-commerce and marketing use.

Packaging Design:

  • Conceptualize and create innovative, high-quality packaging designs that appeal to the target market.
  • Research industry packaging trends to ensure competitive and modern designs.

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

  • Stay informed on beauty, fashion, and design trends to create relevant and cutting-edge visuals.
  • Monitor competitors and analyze industry trends for inspiration and innovation.

Project Management:

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
