Job Description
- Drive Retail Sales and ensure the achievement of Sales Target. (Primary ( CG to Dealers) and Secondary ( Dealer to Market ) .
- Clearly communicate the schemes, and activities to the market and ensure proper distribution of goods.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products in the outlets ( Merchandising).
- Ensure and maintain proper payment cycle of distributors to company ( CG )and also take account of dealer’s business health .
- Ensure keeping proper track of distributor investment (ROI) and proper usage of company schemes.
- Watch out local and other competitors' activities in markets and report it.
- Identify of uncovered area and find out the service gaps and ensure to bridging the gap through distributor hiring.
- Ensure proper merchandising in the outlets.
- Daily Sales reporting to the immediate team leader.
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues and report further.
Job Specification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and drive.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry (at least 3 years).
