Job Description
- Supplier relationship maintenance, master supplier dynamics (management, capability, finance, staff turnover, cooperation projects, resource input, etc.)
- Track the problem and coordinate the relevant departments until the problem is solved
- Supplier sourcing searching and certification
- Subcontractor certification, document management, monthly subcontractor evaluation, project ledger maintenance, subcontractor problem tracking, and communication and coordination.
- Verification of documents
- Manage Human Resource payment process
- Dealing with Finance & Project Team
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar field
- Experience in a similar role in the telecommunications, Internet Service Provider (ISP), IT, or other technology sectors is highly preferred
- Must have prior experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in a telecom project
- Outsourcing experience is mandatory
