Job Description
- Oversee inbound, outbound, sorting, and handover operations.
- Handle and process cross-border packages.
- Maintain accurate handover data for third-party vendor billing.
- Coordinate with the customer operations team to improve customer experience.
- Monitor and follow up on intercity movement of forward and reverse loads.
- Monitor and follow up on distribution center (sort) backlog and intercity movement backlog.
Job Specification
- Strong reading and writing abilities for accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in computer operations and relevant warehouse management software.
- Ability to effectively use smartphones for communication and operational tasks.
- The working hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
