Fiber Technician

Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic cables and associated equipment.
Conduct fiber splicing and testing to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optic networks, including signal loss and outages.
Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative measures on fiber installations.
Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
Collaborate with the engineering and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
Provide excellent customer service during installations and service calls.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fiber optic technology.
Design a new Optical fiber network and implementation.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in fiber optics is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance.
Proficient in fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and two wheeler.
