Job Description
  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the optical and hospital sectors to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Product Promotion: Present and promote EssilorLuxottica’s range of lenses and products to clients, effectively communicating their benefits and features.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to clients on product usage, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance their sales performance.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and a two wheeler is a must . Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
