Job Description
  • Administrate and develop sales databases across the market, as well as ensure the uninterrupted flow and record of information from all data providers to TME
  • Provide sales volume data for Management Dashboard on regular basis ensuring its high quality, accuracy and timely delivery
  • Prepare and share weekly / monthly performance reports (Sales, Repurchase, Distribution, POSM, Merchandising, OOS, Trade Incentives etc.)
  • Propose and support improvement in market data collection by leveraging TME Lite capabilities
  • Coordinate with Sub-Dealers’ sales admin team to support and educate on data compliance.
  • Maintain and optimize existing reports/tools and develop new ones in order to increase data accuracy and rate of their execution. Fulfillment of sales department projects with additional value via data intelligence.
  • Constant monitoring of volume performance, identify and analyze volume trends, distribution and FG stock in the context of sales channels and geographic structure as well as the reasons for their deviation vs plan; Provide management with dedicated analysis on the regular and ad hoc basis.
  • Establish and maintain effective cross-functional communication and collaboration
Job Specification
  • Good communication skills – oral and written: Nepali (fluent), English (upper-intermediate)
  • PC literacy (Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel; TME and PowerBI will be a plus)
  • Organized, structured, self-motivated, proactive, curious and open-minded
