Job Description

  • Ensure the execution of sales plans and programs including the achievement of sales targets
  • Execute demand plans
  • Manage distributors/distributor sales force/ pre-sellers/company assets in the market
  • Support promotion and event activities in the market
  • Ensure timely payments/claims, etc. from the distributors
  • Monitor and evaluate the sales activities through ongoing market visits
  • Manage outlets in the market as defined and focus on outlet execution on day to day work
  • B2B,Corporate Sales- Hard core Field Sales only
  • Develop on monthly/quarterly basis to sell and execute the Plan in the Modern Trade, Hotel & Others
  • Track & monitor performance of individual Key Outlets as well as team members
  • Build amazing relationships with Key outlets & lead in terms of visibility & point of sales
  • Getting feedback from the customers regarding the quality of the glass to help maintain good quality production.
  • Implement all market activation activities in order to achieve impact at point of purchase.
  • Payment collection from customers on a daily basis and making sure it is not delayed.
  • Coordinate with Distributors for effective distribution in Key outlets
  • Plan & execute with support of team to increase point of sales in Modern Trade

Job Specification

  • Preferred Graduate with 4+ years of experience in FMCG,Food processing,Food & Beverage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and multitasking ability
  • Pleasant personality
  • Knowledge of MS Office package
  • Experience in Packaged drinking water industry is must (Beverage Industry)
  • Exp 3- 5 yrs in product selling to corporate clients, target based.
  • Candidate must have own vehicle and valid driving license
