- Maintain full record of daily visitors as per DTS
- Maintain and analyze booking records
- Maintain comprehensive records of customers
- Ensure utmost customer satisfaction and buying experience
- Ensure proper understanding of after sales service and warranty clauses by customer
- Evaluate and report on competitors’ activities on regular basis
- Collect and analyze competitors’ sales trend
- Competitor's intelligence and reporting
