Job Description
The job holder shall be responsible for smooth operation of fermentation, distillation and ENA production.
1. Maintain fermentation logbook and analyze the recorded data
2. Maintain distillation logbook and analyze the recorded data.
3. Maintain grain logbook and analyze the recorded data.
4. Inspect lab test reports regularly.
5. Maintain the plant process parameter as per standard.
