Job Description
  • Work closely with management team to help build organizational and people capabilities, talent management, engagement and retention.
  • To interact proactively with top-level management to discuss and assist them in preparing and implementing the HR policies.
  • To prepare Standard operating procedures (SOP) for different HR functions.
  • To execute the entire recruitment cycle that includes sourcing, screening, selection, appointment, etc.
  • To prepare the TOR for each and every position in an organization and changing and updating them whenever required.
  • To perform the complete onboarding process and providing orientation to new employees about the company, rules, policies, etc.
  • To maintain and update employee database in HRM system and personal file.
  • To work on the different aspects of compensation and benefits like salary, PF, CIT,Insurance(medical and Accidental).
  • To develop and execute the entire performance management process in coordination with Coordintors,HOD and Top management.
  • To analyze the training needs of all the departments/ employees.
  • To perform the clearance process
Job Specification
  • Qualification; preferable Bachelor or MBA
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a responsible position
  • Knowledge of current trends and practices in HR 
  • Sound knowledge of Nepal labor law, HR policies and other necessary statutory compliances
  • Self-motivated, patient, pro-active and independent approach to work
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships inside the organization at all levels
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Nepali (spoken, written, typing)
