Designs and produces marketing materials including flyers, memorandum, e-mail blasts, invitations, announcements, presentation boards, maps, stacking plans, aerials, etc. (using corporate branding standards templates)
Responsible for layout, design and production activities to produce quality graphic-design artwork.
Imports graphic images and integrates with text.
Provides base coordination for all graphic design work proposals.
Provides primary graphics support for customer meetings, presentations, awards, etc.
Set priorities, manage multiple tasks and projects, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Utilize resources effectively and efficiently to produce accurate, quality work even when under pressure
Collaborate and communicate within the team and across workstreams providing follow-through on information and project status

Strong layout and typography skills
Understanding of large format graphics and wayfinding signage
An eye for photographic styles and composition with experience in photo editing and manipulation is a plus

Minimum 3-4 year graphic design work experience.
Knowledge of appropriate desktop publishing software, (i.e. AmiPro, Freelance Graphics, CorelDraw Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PageMaker, QuarkXpress, Freehand, Illustrator, etc.)
PC proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Word Perfect.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
