Job Description
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Have to maintain an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Have the ability to Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person
- Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets
- Should provide clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company
- Have to ensure that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.
- Should regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
- Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
- Assisting in the hiring process and providing necessary guidance to the team members and new recruits
- Should identify and make promotional/marketing offers to potential clients
- Have to plan and make marketing, advertising and branding proposal
- Have to plan and work out on campaigns as per the goals of client
- Have the ability to present the worked out activities to the clients and get the approval
