Position: Client Servicing Executive (Recent Job)

Job Description

•     Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
•     Have to maintain an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
•     Have the ability to Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person
•     Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets
•     Should provide clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company
•     Have to ensure that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.
•     Should regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
•     Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
•     Assisting in the hiring process and providing necessary guidance to the team members and new recruits
•     Should identify and make promotional/marketing offers to potential clients
•     Have to plan and make marketing, advertising and branding proposal
•     Have to plan and work out on campaigns as per the goals of client
•     Have the ability to present the worked out activities to the clients and get the approval
