Job Description
  • Developing sales strategies: You will be responsible for creating sales plans and strategies to achieve the sales targets set by the management. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and assessing the competition.
  • Managing sales team: You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, assigning tasks, and ensuring that they meet their targets. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients: You will need to establish and maintain good relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences, and respond to their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conducting market research: You will need to conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. This will help you to identify new opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Reporting and analysis: You will be responsible for preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to the management. This will help the management to make informed decisions regarding sales strategies, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborating with other departments: You will need to work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure that sales activities align with the overall business objectives.
  • Managing budgets: You will need to manage budgets allocated for sales activities, ensure that expenses are within the budget, and report any deviations to the management.
  • Attending trade shows and events: You may need to attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote its products and services. This will help you to build new relationships and expand the company's client base.
Job Specification
  • Intermediate and above in any discipline with minimum 1 years 6 months’ experience.
  • Familiarity with in-house software such as Retail CRM, e-Bill, e-Support, Task ticketing, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills. A team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Good presentation skills
  • Mature and self-motivated person with leadership abilities to get things done
  • Team management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Own vehicle and driving license is highly preferred.
