Job Description
- Dealer/Distributor network Development.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with Dealer/Distributor ad key Customers.
- Calling/visiting potential prospects to explain company products/ policies and influence
- Dealers/Distributors of the company.
- DEADLY TARGET-oriented professionals.
- Analyzing competitor’s products and activities to determine market strategy.
- Confidentiality.
- Should have experience handling the sales team.
Job Specification
- Bachelor degree in business marketing, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/Master degree is preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in sales from Plywood/Paints/ Construction Chemical/Door/Windows/Interior Hardware.
- Excellent Communication and sales skills are essential (Nepali. English, Maithili, and Hindi).
- Possessing 2-wheelers with a valid driving license.
- Ready to travel extensively.
- Preference Male only.
