Position: Sales & Marketing Officer (Indoor) (Premium Job)

Job Description

• In store sales and customer dealing
• Marketing and social media management
• Basic report writing
• Dealing with product advertisements and promotions
• Email and telephonic communication with customers

Job Specification

• An Intermediate degree
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Fluency in English
• Understating of basic computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, POS software, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, websites, etc.)
• Willing to work under pressure
• Prior sales and marketing experience will be given preference
• Candidate with own vehicle will be given preference
• Able to understand and follow company policies

Working Hours:

• 10 AM – 7 PM, 6 days a week which can include Saturdays

• Lunch Break: 45 Mins | Tea Break: 15 Mins

Terms of Employment:

• Sales and marketing job requires sales employees to be (1) professional: good communication skill, confidence, empathetic, persistent and a good team player and (2) presentable: smile, prepared, professionally dressed, good posture, proper eye contact and well groomed.
• All new employees will be hired on a three months’ probation period.
• Salary will be provided as discussed on the fourth of every month (Jan-Dec).
• Employees will be asked to relocate to a different branch if required.
