Job Description

Sales Executive is involved in generating every day sales of Carpenters Stop Pvt. Ltd. Sales Executive will be responsible to convert sales by dealing with potential clients who visits the showroom and ensure the timely payment of the existing clients. Sales Executive is also responsible for tracking sales data and creating and delivering sales report presentation.

Customer Service

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients to solve problems of the customers;
  • Demonstrate specialized product knowledge for a specific solution;
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite

Operational Activities

  • Verify purchase orders and prepare invoices;
  • Coordinate and communicate with warehouse team about the availability of the products;
  • Deal with sales related telephone inquiry;
  • Local purchase as per company’s policy if needed;
  • Prepare Vehicle Consignment Tracking System (VCTS)
  • Use of ERPAG software for inventory management.

Payment Handling

  • Receive cash or cheques from the customers;
  • Coordinate and communicate with accounts team to dispatch invoice and transaction statements of the clients;
  • Timely follow-up to the customers

Reporting Skill

  • Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales;
  • Create and present sales reports through presentation and reports;

Networking Skill

  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the clients

Job Specification

  • Bachelor Degree in Management;
  • Fresher; Preferred: 1 year of experience in related field.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Presentable;
  • Outstanding Communication Skills (Telephone, Verbal and Social Media)
  • Proficient in MS Office Products (Office, Excel, PowerPoint) will be a plus point
