Job Description
- Teach presentation and public speaking skills to students of +2, Bachelors and Masters.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching techniques.
- Provide individualized feedback to students to help them improve their skills.
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages students to take risks and grow.
- Work collaboratively with other tutors to develop new course content and teaching materials.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and developments in presentation and public speaking education.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Job Specification
- Master’s degree in related field.
- At least 3 years of experience teaching presentation and public speaking to students of various levels and backgrounds.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong knowledge of presentation and public speaking principles and techniques.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
