Job Description
- Facilitating meetings, workshops, seminars, etc. with staff, parents for the purpose of identifying issues, developing recommendations and supporting other staff
- Identifying areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these improvements
- Supporting and participating in Montessori professional development program
- Implementing school policies and procedures as appropriate
- Identifying best practice within the school and develop opportunities to disseminate such practice
Job Specification
- At least 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Able to handle Academics, HR, Marketing and overall daily operations of the school
- Fluency in written and spoken English
