Job Description
- Document count of all inventory in a warehouse
- Analyze & take action to prevent manual adjustments with shrink impact
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of the count
- Follow up with the stores and ensure they carry out preparation instructions correctly
- Ensure stock count procedures are communicated and respected by the stores
- Perform spot checks to ensure accuracy of counts
- Coordinate the count progress and ensure results are posted in the financial books
- Provide on a weekly basis reports on the shrink results
- In analyzing, understanding & explaining shrinkage results in case of systems issues, internal theft
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Management
- Attend and follow up on store opening & closing inventories
- Perform ad hoc inventory counts for store management changes
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in retail and grocery/audit
- Better Knowledge of Office Package
