Position: HR Specialist (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation.
• Monitor employee motivation and make appropriate recommendation to ensure positive employee experience in the organisation.
• Handle employee grievances and provide basic counselling to employees who have performance related obstacles.
• Screening initial resumes and applications and providing short list to the department head.
• Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements & applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Provide recommendations on employee development strategies and training needs.
• Prepare and update job descriptions, job specifications and other employee documents.
• Organize employee orientation sessions, training sessions, workshops and activities.
• Communicate and coordinate with members of other department to ensure smooth functioning.

Job Specification

• Masters’ Degree with a specialization in Human Resources or other relevant fields.
• 2 years’ work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical, people management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of HRM tools and employment-related laws and regulations.
