Job Description

• Plan, design, create, adapt and produces finished artwork for visual communications such as brochures, books, reports, posters, newspaper ads, presentation graphics, displays and signageetc.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Note - Candidate selected for the position should also be responsible for marketing.

Job Specification

• Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strict to the timeline and with the delivery dates..
• A passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good advertisement with commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of Pre- press and book publishing will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of all designing software.
