Job Description

You will be responsible for communicating with prospective students over telephone, emails, FB messenger and Whatsapp Chats for providing basic information about study abroad destinations, courses, eligibility criteria etc. Follow up with prospective students/ clients etc. Periodically maintian and update database of students, thier profile and statuses. Attend to walk-in- students and guardians. Discharge administrative duties as assisgned by the Management from time to time.

 

  • Fairly good knowledge about abroad study requirements specific to New Zealand, Australia, USA, UK, Canada,and Ireland.(Freshers with strong profile but who do not have prior experience working in Abroad Study area and who can commit to a long term assosciation can apply )

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English

  • Excellent IT skills, Word, Excel, Email, Internet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM etc.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Positive attitude.

  • Willingness to learn and grow as a professional.

  • Friendly and customer focussed.

  • Good Telephonic etiquette.

  • People person.

  • Presentable
