Job Description
- Lead a team of supervisors and labor force to ensure timely dispatch of the finished goods to meet our targets timelines.
- Report daily to the company’s management with weekly and daily dispatch plans and progress.
- Act as the factory Point of Contact for the parties (distributors). Carry out required follow-ups with parties to ensure smooth processing of their orders.
- Coordinate with various internal teams such as production, accounting, logistics, store etc. to develop and execute the dispatch plan.
- Maintain required stock levels of finished goods for timely deliveries.
- Creating reports for the entire team.
