Position: Community Mobilizer (Contract Basis) (Premium Job)

Job Description

• The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective implementation of project activities. S/he will support the Project Coordinator in implementation, coordination, and monitoring of project activities at the field level, and ensuring quality and timely implementation of project activities as per the detailed activity plan. S/he will support the project on capacity building of teachers, tracking of project activities, monitoring of project implementation, community awareness, coordination with local government bodies and stakeholders, etc. S/he will directly work with partner schools in their engagement in project activities.

Job Specification

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with two years of experience in development sector (preferably in education sector). S/he should have sound knowledge in Information Communication Technology, and project management skill. Candidates having experience in community mobilization will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to candidates having two – wheeler license.
