Job Description

  • Counselling and managing the on-campus and off-campus students, parents, individuals,  or organizations, who are related to similar interests. 
  • Manage the registrations and admission formalities for the potential students. 
  • Work on various queries which can be conveyed to the counsellor through multiple means  of communication (Should be open to all means like calls, emails, walk-ins, portals, or  agencies. 
  • Taking initiatives to increase walk-ins e.g., creating awareness, organizing various  marketing activities to increase walk-in, etc. 
  • Tie up with companies for getting students placed on practical training, internships,  volunteering opportunities if needed 
  • Coordination with and site visits to venues and companies where students are placed for  volunteering opportunities. 
  • Relationship building and management with companies that will be prospective recruiters  of students. 
  • Networking with industry professionals to organize seminars for students. 
  • Other such tasks that management delegates from time to time. 
  • Identify and research students, parents, individuals, or organizations who would be  interested to apply for study abroad. 
  • To make sure all office/student-related activities run smoothly and participate in  cross-functional teams as needed to accomplish institute objectives. 
  • Maintain office reports & updating database, sustaining coordination between centre &  head office. 
  • Participate in education events, in-house events, fairs, and engage with the student  community. 
  • Handling miscellaneous responsibilities as and when required.
