Job Description
- Preparation of financial statements.
- Document financial transactions by entering accounting data and information in the database system.
- Reconciliation of financial data,ledgers and bank.
- Updatation of fianacial data in the database system.
- Maintaining accounting controls with internal control system,by following policies and procedures complying with legal statue.
- Preparation and submission of Reports (Annually,Quarterly,Monthly).
Job Specification
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Aptitude for detail.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and work in a team-focused environment.
- Good English communication skills - written for email correspondence and verbal for phone discussions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.(Runnning is also acceptable)
- Good Data Entry Management Skill.
- Excellent Reporting and Analytical Skill.
