Position: Accountant (Male) (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Data entry including sales / purchase/ receipt/ payment/preparation of bank reconciliation/ debtors/ creditors statements.
• Processing invoices, expenses forms and request for payments.
• Handling phone calls,petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents etc.
• Should have basic idea about Vat, Tax, Tally and Billing Procedure
• Ensure day-to-day activites related to the account

Job Specification

• Minimum Bachelor's Level.
• Minimum 5 year of experience .
• Must be willing to learn the software package employed by the Company.
• Proficient in Ms office applications ( Excel& Word)
• Knowledge of Tally entry.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proactive & well organized.
• Ability to work under pressure/independently as well as in team.

Note : Two Wheeler Scooty/Bike License Holder are Preferred.
