Job Description
- Phone and physical Follow up to clients for the payments
- Visit client location to collect payment
- Keep track of assigned clients to identify outstanding debts
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Handle questions or complaints
- Create trust relationships with debtors
- Update account status and database regularly
Job Specification
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
Note : Two Wheeler Bike/License Preferred
