Job Description
- Counseling and guiding aspiring students about the various study options in European Universities.
- Maintaining a constant communication channel with students through phone, meetings, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post- counseling processes.
- Convincing students about particular courses and colleges/universities.
- Guiding students about various career options available at different institutions.
- Following up with the students via email and phone calls.
- Assisting in application and paperwork for sending it to the Universities.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback to the Manager in order to optimize lead closure.
Job Specification
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency)
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and strong empathy.
- Should have good research and counseling ability.
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with excellent public speaking, presentation skill.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
