Job Description
  • Call Australian clients and pitch Government-subsidized products.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Foster long-term relationships with prospects and clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance campaign outcomes and achieve collective objectives.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Specification
  1. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  2. Strong verbal and listening abilities to effectively convey ideas effectively over the phone.
  3. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections while securing commitments.
  4. Adaptable sales approach that evolves with market trends, client feedback, and business needs.
  5. Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  6. Flexibility with working hours to accommodate AUS shifts.

  2. Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday -Saturday).
  3. Working Hours : Monday -Friday (NST) 06:00 AM (Morning) - 02:00 PM (Afternoon) including 45 mins break (Non-negotiable), and Saturday (NST) 06.00 AM (Morning)- 12:00 PM (Afternoon) including 30 mins break (Non-negotiable).
