Job Description
- Call Australian clients and pitch Government-subsidized products.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Foster long-term relationships with prospects and clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance campaign outcomes and achieve collective objectives.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Specification
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong verbal and listening abilities to effectively convey ideas effectively over the phone.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections while securing commitments.
- Adaptable sales approach that evolves with market trends, client feedback, and business needs.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility with working hours to accommodate AUS shifts.

- Working Hours : Monday -Friday (NST) 06:00 AM (Morning) - 02:00 PM (Afternoon) including 45 mins break (Non-negotiable), and Saturday (NST) 06.00 AM (Morning)- 12:00 PM (Afternoon) including 30 mins break (Non-negotiable).
