Position: Sales Manager (Hot Job)

Market and Product - strategy development and execution.
Relationship Management with regional franchaise, partners, dealers and stakeholders.
Must be organized and initiative in conducting any Sales projects
Courtesy visit to corporate & residential clients regularly to maintain positive relationships
Counseling & Demonstrating customers about 'Smart Home' and Automation solution
Signing annual agreement with the clients and proper documentation
Sales Report writing skills along with presentation
Identify the new customers, acquisition and closing leads
Keeping track of client’s future needs and modifications and materializing it accordingly

Bachelors degree and above (Experience in security/survelliance products will be added advantage)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
Telephone ettiquette for scheduling appointments & follow up with the clients
Must initiate to learn bit of technical details
Has thick skin and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude and willingness to work in a flexible schedule
Possess strong work ethic and team player
Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office package
Driving license and own vehicle is highly preferred
