Job Description

  • Coordinates, arranging and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments.
  • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Welcomes and entertain clients on their business visit.
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.

Job Specification

  • 2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
