Job Description
- Coordinates, arranging and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments.
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Welcomes and entertain clients on their business visit.
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
Job Specification
