Job Description

Plan and organize marketing visits, events and other relevant activities, inviting readers and advertisers/agencies.

Maintain regular professional contact to major advertisers and agencies to win sales orders from them.

Understand customer needs and requirements.

Prepare sound proposal based on the specific needs and able to explain the rationale.

Negotiate with customer/agency and close a deal successfully.

Professionally represent NBA towards a customer/agency.

Provide regular feedback to the Immediate Supervisor.

Cooperate and engage in teamwork with all fellow-employees of NBA.

Continuously improve sales-, marketing- and presentation skills.
Job Specification

Bachelors running in management field

Demonstrated negotiation, presentation and closing skills.

Customer orientation – interest in meeting customer expectations.

Shows a strive to achieve results and continuously improve performance.

Skills in both, verbal and written communication – good listener.

Fluent in English and local language.

Computer skills and proficient in MS-office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
