Position: Grade Teacher - Preprimary (Hot Job)

Job Description

• Prepare termly, weekly and daily lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines provided.
• Ensure the lesson plans are delivered in the classroom effectively and efficiently.
• Enhance students' interests, abilities and performance by promoting a collaborative and cooperative learning culture.
• Develop strategies for effective and proactive classroom management.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress via both internal and external assessment and communicate it with their parents and school authority.
• Participate in general/unit/class meetings as and when required.
• Perform other duties related to teaching and learning activities as and when assigned by the school authority.

Job Specification

• Must have completed Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be familiar with grade teaching system (particularly in preschool)
• Proficiency in both English and Nepali language.
• Must have a positive attitude to work in a diverse team.
• Must have effective classroom management skills. 
• Must have sound knowledge and skills of virtual class.
