1] Senior Executives-Sales/Support & Control Verticals (Senior Manager)

Location: Kathmandu
Required Number: Few
This is a senior level management position involving among others responsibilities of complementing organizational Vision, Mission, and Strategies. The Senior Executives are expected to appreciate and accept challenging targets, have an ambition to excel

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals;
• At least 7 years of experience in relevant field; 
• Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent or Chartered Accountant; 
• Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years.

2] Chief- Information Technology & Digital Banking (Senior Manager)

Location: Kathmandu
Required Number: 1

This position requires strategic IT & Digital Banking forte and involves assurance and oversight of overall IT & Digital Banking platform, products and operations. The candidate would be responsible for the development and maintenance of the effective IT & Digital Banking strategic and tactical plan and ensure their effective implementation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer science/ IT- Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant field.
• Age not below 25 and not exceed 50 years.

3] Head Marketing (Manager)

Location: Kathmandu
Required Number: 1

This is a senior management position requiring an ability to impeccably carry the Bank's Brand and effectively act as Bank's Brand Representative. The candidate shoud possess excellent competitive, market and product intelligence and should be able to chalk out instrumental marketing plans, strategies and roadmaps and ensure their effective implementation. The candidate should have an ability to train, nuture and groom team members and motivvate them for greater accomplishments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years.

4] Head- Transaction Banking (Manager)
Location: Kathmandu
Required Number: 1

This position requires collaborating with internal and external stakeholders tp establish sound Transaction Banking platform of the bank by exploring waus to maximize Bank's trasaction banking income through  introducation of instrumental transaction banking products and implementation of incredible plans and strategies to ensure achievement of the set goals/ targets in an efficient and effective manner.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years.
