Assistant Manager (Credit Department Head) - Managerial Level - 1 (One) Passed Master level from a recognized university and has at least 6 years working experience in Banks and Financial Institutions and worked at least 3 years in a post below one level.
Assistant Manager (Credit Recovery Department Head) - Managerial Level - 1 (One) Passed Master level from a recognized university and has at least 6 years working experience in Banks and Financial Institutions and worked at least 3 years in a post below one level.
Assistant Manager (Monitoring and Supervision Department Head) - Managerial Level - 1 (One) Passed Master level from a recognized university and has at least 6 years working experience in Banks and Financial Institutions and worked at least 3 years in a post below one level.
Assistant Manager (Information Technology Department Head) - Managerial Level - 1 (One) Having passed Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT) from a recognized University and at least 6 years of work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions and at least 3 years in a post below one level and in Information Technology, Server Management, Networking and Credit Information Management Able to work

Officer (IT) - Officer Level - 1 (One) At least 5 years of work experience in banks and financial institutions and at least 2 years of work experience in a lower-level post and at least 2 years of work experience in information technology, server management, networking, and credit information management in financial institutions.
Junior Officer - Officer Level - 20 (Twenty) Having passed Bachelor level from a recognized university and has at least 5 years work experience in banks and financial institutions and at least 2 years work experience in a post below one level.
Assistant Trainee - Assistant Level - 50 (Fifty) Passed proficiency certificate level.

Additional Information:

(A) Age limit:

For Administrative Level: 21 years of age and not exceeding 45 years of age; For Officer Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years; And for the Assistant Level: Must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years. However, the upper age limit for women candidates in posts other than the managerial category will be increased by 5 years.

(B) Selection Process: From among the applicants on the shortlist, the management category will be filled through the presentation of an action plan and interview. Officer and Assistant category posts will be filled through written and interview examinations. Successful candidates from Advertisement No. 10 to 22 will be appointed for a probationary period of 6 months. Similarly, advertisement No. 23 will be appointed only during the probationary period for successful candidates in 6 months of training and training. The permanent appointment will be given only if the performance of the employees appointed during the trial period is satisfactory.
