International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serving poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life in its fullness through health and development service. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development service in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpashim provinces of Nepal.
INF Nepal Climate Change and WASH Project, Rolpa is looking for qualified, skilled, service oriented and committed Nepali citizens who are qualified and interested to share our vision, missions and values by working together with communities for sustainable change.

Location: Sunchhahari RM, Rolpa
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder is the overall responsible for carrying out all construction work under the WASH and Climate change project of INFN Rolpa by designing, estimating materials and its cost and managing to implement the construction work particularly, small drinking water, irrigation, building, retaining and compound wall etc. The incumbent is responsible to support for purchasing of construction materials by recommending the necessary quantity, size, weight, and brand. H/she will work in close coordination with the local authority, user groups, DWACC, R/MWACC, for drinking water.
Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:
- Overseer (Civil) with minimum one-year work experience in drinking water, irrigation and building
- Qualification of civil engineer with longer work experience will be desirable
- Surveying and drafting skills and working with Computer-aided drafting technology
- Basic knowledge in Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, power point and Email)
- Good oral and written communication skills in both Nepali and English
- Sound understanding on community development and ready to work independently/with team
