Job Specification
- Minimum +2 completed or Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepali
- Should have good speaking manner and communications skill, polite and pleasing personality.
- Must be interested to deal with customers.
- Willing to work cross functionally as per requirement.
- Should be flexible to duty hours and highly empathetic.
- Should be able to work under pressure•
