Position: Recruitment Manager (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
• Client visit, identification new potential clients.
• Update vacancies to recruitment team (daily assignment).
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
• Implement new sourcing methods, ideas which help recruitment team.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Recommend ways to improve our employer service quality, brand image.
• Coordinate with department managers.
• Keeping daily reports, reporting to MD, CEO, HR
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
• Participate in job fairs and career events.

Internal Grade: Executive Asst. Manager

Salary: Salary + Individual KPI + Group KPI

Job Specification

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator, or any Hr role.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Minimum Bachelor degree.
• Two wheeler vehicle compulsory with valid license.
