Position: Manager (Premium Job)

Job Description

Office Timing is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: 30,000-50,000 NRP and depending on experience.

• Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of their company’s operations
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
• Ensuring that all employees are following company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Reviewing and approving budgets for each department within the store to ensure that expenses are within limits set by corporate guidelines
• Ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and advertised to encourage sales

Job Specification

• Trading & banking experience
• Good communication skills in English
• Professional experience required: oversee trading and logistic, accounting, and marketing.
